Our 3workshops are located in Kedah Malaysia, Shenzhen China and Dongguan China, which have 8 SMT lines, 6 DIP lines and 4 product assembly lines. The company is equipped with state-of-art equipment which included automatic solder paste printing machines(GKG), 3D SPI machines(Sinic-Tek), place machines(YAMAHA), reflow soldering systems(10 temperature zones), wave soldering systems, online AOI machines, BGA rework station, etc.
It can easily mount 01005, 0201, 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, SOP, TSOP, TSSOP, QFN, DFN, BGA, dual-row QFN and other components. It supports mainstream high-precision mountation such as BGA(minimum ball diameter of 0.1mm), FBGA (called CSP) and QFN. We are also proficient in 0.5mm double-row pin QFN chip soldering technology.
Our factory is over 4,000㎡ that OEM/ODM & EMS base in Malaysia and China. We were recognized as a “National High-tech Enterprise” in 2021. Our workshop is anti-static and dust-free which passed the ISO9001 and ISO13485 and reached the RoHs standard.
